Probability of Containing m Atoms in a Single Atom Column in Crystal

For randomly distributed dopant atom (A) in atom matrix (B) in a crystal, the probability that a single column contains m atoms of dopant A is given by the binomial distribution,

where n is the total number of host atoms (B) and dopant atoms (A) in the single column and c is the fractional dopant concentration in the sample.
