Operation Process
Command transport and decode Host transfers the corresponding parameters to SDRAM through Command Bus and Address Bus, and then SDRAM drives the modules with the commands.
In bank data movement SDRAM reads the data from DRAM Cells in Memory Array and then send to Sense Amplifiers，or write the data from Sense Amplifiers to DRAM Cells.
In device data movement

Saves data to Read Latchs through I/O, or updates the data to Sense Amplifiers through I/O and Write Drivers
System data transport
