Register transfer level (RTL) code

The register transfer level (RTL) code are commonly used to design the optimum logic circuits while maintaining high flexibility. The resulting RTL codes will finally be converted to the specific logic circuits (hardware) by using the logic synthesis tools like the design compiler. [1-3]
