Plastic Deformation of Metallic Glasses
- Practical Electron Microscopy and Database -
- An Online Book -

This book (Practical Electron Microscopy and Database) is a reference for TEM and SEM students, operators, engineers, technicians, managers, and researchers.

There are two modes for plastic deformation of metallic glasses. [1, 2] At high temperatures and low stresses, a homogeneous flow occurs, while at low temperatures and high stresses, the deformation presents an extreme inhomogeneity, that is, the plastic strain is localized in the shear bands.
