Pair Distribution Function (PDF) analysis describes a probability of finding any two atoms at given interatomic distances r. Note that the RDF analysis is important for the study of noncrystalline
solids. The RDFs can be experimentally measured after Fourier transformation of neutron or electron diffraction or Xray diffraction (XRD) data.
