Elemental-Ordering-Induced Diffuse Streaks in Electron Diffraction Patterns

Figure 3024a shows an electron diffraction pattern obtained from [001] Ag0.95Pb15SbTe17 (space group: Fm-3m) with diffuse streaks. The diffuse streaks originate from the ordering of Ag, Sb, and Pb atoms to some degree even though they still are randomly arranged within the structure. Figure 3024a.
